We had our annual Christmas concert this past week. We did things a little different than past years by having the singing and dance performances first with drumming closing acts.
We followed all guidelines set by the theater to reduce the risk of Covid-19.
We had several skits in-between performances that were added this year.
We opened with Act 1 Singing and Dancing. Missy Mouse came out first singing: He Has a Red Red Coat and Feliz Navidad. It was a super cute performance by our youngest class. They all sang and danced beautifully.
Our next class the Robby Rabbits sang Merry Twistmas. It certainly got a few of us in an upbeat mood!
Meanwhile backstage our Missy Mouse class were having a great time!
The second skit of the day had the DeeDee class looking for Santa.
The DeeDee Classes came out next with DeeDee 1 performing: RunRun Rudolph.
Backstage the Robby Rabbits were really enjoying the day.
And then DeeDee 2 with their performance of: The Happiest Christmas Tree.
As with past years we kept the boys and girls song. The boys came on first with: I Feel Good.
Followed by the girls lively performance of: We Got the Beat.
With one final skit from the DeeDee class we moved onto the final set of singing and dance performances.
Everyone got lined up ready for the last part of Act 1.
We were put in a really festive mood with songs: Awatenbo no Santa Clause, Kitakaze Kozo no Kantaro, Oshogatsu and We Wish You a Merry Christmas.
We hope you all enjoyed the show! Merry Christmas everyone!
